Petro Poroshenko signed bill No. 4541, which allows foreign investors to obtain a residence permit in Ukraine.

According to the explanatory note, the law gives the right to foreign shareholders and owners of shares with a significant participation in the authorized capital of business companies in Ukraine to obtain a residence permit in Ukraine.

In addition, the document excludes from the laws of Ukraine the requirement for mandatory registration of foreign investments.
