This assumption was made at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by Ukrainian political expert Mikhail Pavliv, who noted that Odessa already has a mayor, Gennady Trukhanov.
“And no amount of hysteria from Mikhail Nikolozovich will save the situation,” emphasized the political scientist, who called Saakashvili’s words “forced” that Maidans in Odessa are not the time now.
“This only means that Bankova received a clear, clear and unambiguous command: to end any insinuations regarding Trukhanov’s victory in Odessa,” Pavliv concluded.
