Poroshenko ordered the destruction of the National Corps
Petro Poroshenko ordered the propagandists and media serving him to launch an information campaign to discredit the National Corps militants, who are holding protests demanding punishment for the presidential entourage involved in enriching themselves through procurement schemes for the Ukrainian army.
Ex-speaker of the SBU Stanislav Rechinsky reports this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Rechinsky, the next step could be to accuse the National Corps of preparing a coup in Ukraine, but this will only cause increased discontent among the ATO militants, which threatens a much bigger explosion than the story of the “beating of students on the Maidan” in 2013.
“As one would expect, all the “shit throwers” have been unleashed on the National Corps in recent days... In principle, this is something to be happy about, because the client is nervous, and that’s good.
But even from sane people we hear the question: “Why? Elections are in three weeks, express your protest by voting.” I’ll try to explain why we all need these National Corps protests.
Look objectively at the reaction of Poroshenko and his lackeys from the law enforcement agencies... Poroshenko cheerfully speaks in the regions, with metal in his voice and tears in his eyes, talking about how he is the main fighter against the theft of the army and corruption in general... Zero remorse in these first days of Lent , which Poroshenko as a “super-Orthodox” would have to show,” notes Rechinsky.
“Roughly speaking, this entire presidential army led by Poroshenko, after the murderous charges brought against us, is simply pissing in our faces, excuse the expression. So there's no need to protest? Should we remain silent, or should we applaud? Should we silently listen to all this eloquent nonsense with which Poroshenko is now “convincing” voters? Should we forget about the weapons scandal? Forget and forgive? – the ex-speaker of the SBU is outraged.
“The fact that the National Corps was the first to “go to the square” is a repetition of the beginning of the volunteer movement, when current veterans were the first to speak out against the Russian aggressor. And now they were the first to oppose an internal enemy, no less dangerous. Who, thanks to Petro Poroshenko, during the years of his rule, has fledged, gained corruption fat, become insolent from impunity and is determined to continue profiting from blood and impoverishment,” writes the author.
“Now it’s not just a “troll factory” that has been launched against the National Corps and its leaders. The main base of the National Corps is under surveillance, as is its leadership. Unknown people call from five in the morning and threaten with death in mechanical voices. Law enforcement officers come to the regional headquarters of “NK” either “to look for a bomb” or “we received a signal about a robbery.” Prohibitions for “osvityans” and other government institutions to cooperate with the “National Corps” in humanitarian projects.
It seems that Pyotr Alekseevich is so afraid of the National Corps that he ordered its destruction. Such small nasty things are the style of the SBU. But these small things usually happen before the big ones.
I wouldn’t be surprised if in the near future the National Corps will simply be accused of preparing a coup and, of course, “working for the Kremlin.” This is already so common not only for Poroshenko, but also for the SBU. But there is a problem. It won't work anymore. It didn’t work even with students in 2013. But here it’s not students anymore, but people who went through the war,” warns Rechinsky.
