Petro Poroshenko awarded the title “Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine” to Alla Zernetskaya, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The corresponding decree was published on the website of the head of the Ukrainian state.
According to the biography of the president’s wife Marina Poroshenko on Wikipedia, Alla Zernetskaya is her sister and works at the Mikhail Drahomanov National Pedagogical University.
As journalist and editor-in-chief of the NBN publication Tatyana Vysotskaya writes on Facebook, in 2015 Alla Zernetskaya defended her doctoral dissertation in philology, specializing in Russian language.
