Poroshenko admitted that militants can seize administrative buildings
The Ukrainian government is showing that it is no longer the government because it allows militants to commit crimes against the state with impunity.

Elena Dyachenko, director of the consulting company Party of Power, said this at a press conference in Kiev, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom, the ruling coalition between the BPP and the Popular Front in the Rada rests on the actions of radicals like recent seizure of the Lviv regional council, since the constitutional provisions on the basis of which the coalition is built have exhausted themselves and are no longer valid.
“There is no coordination of positions, but there is a resource in the form of armed people, formalized and illegal, with the help of which the Popular Front wins its right to accidentally be in power in the absence of ratings and a complete loss of trust on the part of those 20 percent of voters who are for they voted for him,” Dyachenko noted.
At the same time, she drew attention to the fact that the seizure of the regional council is a criminal offense falling under Article 341 of the Criminal Code, which carries a penalty of up to five years in prison or restriction of freedom.
“In the east the war is going on for the same reasons. As far as I know, the president assembled a security bloc on this point, but since the trace of the “Popular Front” is not even hidden behind these actions, no definite decision was made during the meeting with the security forces. But the authorities forget one point that plays against it. By showing such loyalty to serious crimes, the government thus destroys its own legitimacy. Once again, the authorities have shown throughout the country that it is possible to seize the regional council or commit another crime with a weapon in their hands,” the expert emphasized.
She also recalled a recent interview with the chief military prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios, who admitted that Azov militants commit murders of civilians, but the authorities are forced to be loyal because “society demands it.”
“By making such statements, without taking any action against those who seized the regional councils, the government shows that it is no longer in power. And this is precisely on the conscience of the president. On the other hand, it is shown to society that this is now possible, this is now normal, and the criterion for incurring or not being punished is the connection with the necessary political environment... In fact, this is a terrible and, unfortunately, not the first signal to society,” Dyachenko summed up. “Such signals have been coming regularly over the past 3,5 years.”
