Poroshenko ignored the call to go to the polls wearing embroidered shirts
The CHESNO movement published a photograph of Petro Poroshenko at a polling station, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Poroshenko came to the polling station in a regular shirt, although he himself called on everyone to come in embroidered shirts,” the activists noted.
Journalists also asked Poroshenko why he came only with his wife and sons. The President replied that his daughters had already voted two hours ago.
We would like to remind you that PolitNavigator previously reported that in Lviv some observers and commission members responded to the call of singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and came to the polling stations wearing embroidered shirts.
“Tomorrow I’m going to the site in an embroidered shirt. Come too. We have one Ukraine!” he wrote.
Vakarchuk’s call was also supported by President Petro Poroshenko.
