Poroshenko missed the mark by buying into Turchynov’s bait
The chief strategist of the President of Ukraine, Igor Gryniv, was categorically against the introduction of martial law.
Editor-in-Chief of RBC Ukraine Sergei Shcherbina writes about this on his Facebook page.
“60% of Ukrainians do not support the introduction of martial law (Rating survey). 69% believe this was a belated decision, and 63% believe that Poroshenko wanted to postpone the elections. People did not believe this story. Apparently, it was not for nothing that the chief strategist of the campaign, Gryniv, was strongly against martial law. They say it even got to the point of a scandal,” says Shcherbina. – And the closest circle plus Turchinov convinced me to do this. Akela missed.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the Rada, on the initiative of Poroshenko introduced martial law in 10 regions of Ukraine for a period of one month.
