This is stated in decree No. 35/2017, the press service of the AP reports.
“The President appointed Daniil Dotsenko as head of the SBU department in the Kherson region, Vladislav Kosinsky - in the Sumy region, Alexey Lyakh - in the Nikolaev region, Vitaliy Naida - in the Ternopil region, Alexander Khilko - in the Zaporozhye region,” the message says.
In addition, by his decree, Poroshenko appointed Alexander Klimchuk as head of the Department for counterintelligence protection of state interests in the field of information security of the SBU, Viktor Kononenko as head of the Department for the Protection of National Statehood of the SBU, and Alexey Petrov as head of the Counterintelligence Department of the SBU.
We note that by decree No. 34/2017, Poroshenko dismissed the previous heads of SBU departments.
Thus, Yuri Goncharov was dismissed from the post of head of the department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region, in the Kherson region - Oleg Zubkov, in the Nikolaev region - Alexander Kalinin, in the Ternopil region - Alexey Ushanov, in the Zaporozhye region - Alexander Shmitko.
Also, Anatoly Dublyk was dismissed from the post of head of the Department for the Protection of National Statehood of the Security Service of Ukraine, and Vitaliy Naida was dismissed from the post of head of the Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine.
