Speaking today at a meeting of the Council of Regions, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the Ukrainian economy was on the verge of “the other world,” but has now “got back on its feet,” which allows us to say that “we will live happily ever after,” сообщают “RIA Novosti Ukraine”.

“If we draw an analogy with the medical field, the situation in the economy looks something like this... We, already on the verge of the other world, ended up in intensive care and survived, spent some time in the intensive care ward and got back on our feet. We were discharged, we went, and we are not only fully recovering, but filled with strength and energy, we will live happily ever after,” says the Ukrainian president.
At the same time, he admitted that the results achieved in the Ukrainian economy have not yet led to ordinary Ukrainians feeling this.
