Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The situation is aggravated even by limited sanctions against Russian banks. The global banking lobby is a completely different story. This is a very bad sign and will be poorly received personally in relation to Pyotr Alekseevich, especially since a good half of Russian banks are banks with foreign capital. Businesses receive a signal that it is impossible to conduct business in Ukraine. Anyone who negotiates with the authorities will sooner or later become a hostage to the political situation, and you will simply be deceived,” said the political scientist.
As PolitNavigator reported, the ex-head of the National Bank of Ukraine clearly showedWhat does the departure of Russian banks mean for the Ukrainian economy?
