Poroshenko revived the Novorossiya project
The introduction of martial law introduced a new split in Ukraine and symbolically revived the Novorossiya project.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev said this on air on channel 112, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If there is a war, then the whole country is at war! Why is it that some regions are waging war and have restrictions on rights and freedoms, while others are not? And Lviv residents should also have the right to confiscate their property, take away their car for the war, take away their Maina for the war, why should they only suffer there?” - Karasev explained.
“Parliament adopted a compromise, but at the same time limited and bastard law, because it is wrong when some regions are in martial law, while others are in peaceful life. Why do Lviv residents have an advantage over Kharkov residents? It would have been right if martial law had not been introduced, because there is no large-scale offensive,” added the Ukrainian political scientist.
“If the whole country does not help these regions, then if they go on the attack, they will stop at these ten regions, and that’s it! Look, Novorossiya is there! These ten regions minus Vinnitsa are the whole of Novorossiya, which they wanted to sell to us in 2014. Well, minus Chernigovskaya, Sumskaya,” said Karasev.
