Poroshenko is blown away by one percent per month
The pace of decline in the ratings of the current President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is so rapid that his main rival, Yulia Tymoshenko, risks getting a much more inconvenient opponent for herself in the second round.
The head of the information and analytical center “Third Sector” Andrey Zolotarev said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Peter Alekseevich began to deflate at a rate of 0,8 - 1 percent per month. This is too fast and, by the way, creates problems for Yulia Vladimirovna, who has strengthened her leading position. Yes, if the elections were held next Sunday, she would certainly win them. But there is still a whole year ahead. And the risk of Poroshenko quickly deflating creates the threat of getting a much more inconvenient opponent in the second round, the expert believes. “But Tymoshenko’s strategists and consultants should think about this.”
