As for the losses of Ukrainian security forces, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense again greatly underestimates their actual number. According to militia intelligence, the number of killed and wounded among Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers after the battle near Marinka is simply colossal.

The commander-in-chief of the DPR army also announced losses on the part of the militia: 15 people were killed and about 30 wounded. Local residents were also injured, the total number of victims exceeded 100 people, he said.
The DPR armed forces do not yet plan to leave Marinka; the militia continues to hold previously occupied positions, added Alexander Zakharchenko.
