By his decree, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed Alexander Kuts as head of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

“To appoint Alexander Ivanovich Kuts as the head of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” says the text of decree No. 227/2017.
Previously, Kuts held the position of head of the SBU Main Directorate in the Donetsk region.
