Poroshenko agreed not to cut off electricity to Crimea, sources
Kyiv, September 14 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The truce agreements reached in Minsk imply the refusal of the Ukrainian side from actions that could be regarded by Russia as sabotage in the sphere of life support in Crimea.
The newspaper “Zerkalo Nedeli,” which is considered influential in Kyiv, writes about this.

“It is reliably known that guaranteeing the life support of the peninsula by Ukraine (we are talking, in particular, about restoring full-scale energy and water supplies) was one of the demands put forward by Putin in exchange for a truce. Another demand was the freezing of public discussion about the legal status of Crimea,” the publication says.
Let us remind you that rolling blackouts began in Crimea at the beginning of September.
