Poroshenko told the hungry people: There will be no peace
Today's speech by Petro Poroshenko with a message to the Verkhovna Rada was another attempt to deceive the impoverished population of Ukraine.
This was stated by the former Ukrainian Minister of Justice Elena Lukash.
“Poroshenko spoke in parliament. It was boring. Do you think it’s easy to explain to naked and hungry people that they are full and clothed too? And he tried... Do you think it’s easy to call genocide and war reforms? And he considers this a reduction in the number of poor people. There are enemies all around. There will be no peace. Abroad will help us. Stupid. Cold. Unpromising,” Lukash described Poroshenko’s speech.
“Poroshenko said: the majority of Ukrainians have not yet felt the “improvement”. How did you not feel it? What about the war? And the tariffs have increased 10 times and are being raised again? And the dollar is 29 UAH? And the increase in prices for food, gasoline, travel and medicine? What about paid healthcare? What about raising the retirement age to 65? Pyotr Alekseevich, father, we felt everything! And we will honor you with dignity at the elections!” – Ukrainian political scientist Dmitry Korneychuk agrees.
“I don't have a crystal ball and I can't see the future. But I believe that everything will change soon,” the ex-minister added.
