Political scientist Vladimir Fesenko stated this on the air of the Kyiv Channel 5.
“Under President Petro Poroshenko, the real head of the presidential administration will be Petro Poroshenko. In the same way, the real Minister of Foreign Affairs will be Petro Poroshenko. And the formal minister will only carry out his will, he is an executor,” the expert predicts.
“And the fact that Yuriy Onishchenko became Poroshenko’s assistant, I agree that they collaborated, this played a role. But perhaps this also indicates that foreign policy will become one of the main, key areas of Poroshenko’s activity,” Vladimir Fesenko emphasized.
Let us remind you that the day before, Petro Poroshenko, by his decree, made changes to the previous decrees of President Viktor Yanukovych. These changes restored the position of first assistant to the head of state. Before Yanukovych, this position was in the structure of the Presidential Administration.
