Kherson, August 20 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko fired the Chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration Yuriy Odarchenko.

This was reported by Uryadovy Courier. Let us remind you that on July 25, Odarchenko wrote a letter of resignation, stating that he could not hold the position of head of the Kherson Regional State Administration for ethical reasons.
He was appointed governor of the Kherson region on March 2. Before that, he led the Kherson and Kyiv city organizations of “Batkivshchyna”.
Despite his resignation, Odarchenko continued to make loud statements. In particular, he demanded the introduction of martial law and threatened to cut off electricity to Crimea.
