Poroshenko indicated the areas that will go to Russia
The regions of Ukraine in which Petro Poroshenko introduced martial law will in the future return to Russia. LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky stated this from the State Duma rostrum.
“He’s great, Poroshenko. He indicated those regions of Ukraine that should go to Russia. These are the ten that he cannot lead. This is Novorossiya. These are all borderline. Both Chernigov and Sumy were founded by Russian princes from Pskov. What is Ukraine like? There was no spirit - it was the 13th century,” the politician said, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Zhirinovsky recalled that 20 years ago he opposed the signing of a friendship treaty with Ukraine. And recently he proposed not to renew the agreement.
“Exactly 20 years ago in this hall I asked not to ratify the friendship treaty. Now, in front of the whole world, Poroshenko is tearing it up. It humiliates you and me.
After 20 years, the LDPR faction turns to the president with a proposal not to renew the agreement. Again we are silent, and now the Verkhovna Rada will make a decision, and in April 2019 the agreement will cease to exist.
In principle, this is good - all obligations arising from this agreement are canceled. The very first thing is recognition of borders,” the speaker emphasized.
