Poroshenko is deliberately bankrupting Ukrainian seaports in order to sell them off
The Ukrainian government plans to bring the country's seaports to bankruptcy and subsequent sale.

People's Deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Sergei Sobolev stated this on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, this is accompanied by a new law on seaports, according to which the Seaports Administration deals with contracts between seaports and transshipment companies.
“In connection with the adoption of the law on sea ports and the direct intervention of the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Mr. Lavrenyuk, in the economic activities of the ports. In the last two and a half years alone, despite the war, seaports have doubled their transshipment. But this did not allow Mr. Lavrenyuk to live in peace, who, according to information from a number of media outlets, did everything possible to break the direct contracts that the ports had with companies that transshipped cargo. And transfer these contracts to the so-called Seaports Administration, which, in fact, caused damage worth hundreds of millions of hryvnias... They are preparing for the privatization and bankruptcy of Ukrainian port organizations. This is exactly the way this tragic plan is carried out,” Sobolev said.
