“Europe still speaks with one voice, but there are countries where the Russian accent can already be heard too loudly. The current government in many of our partner countries is under intense pressure from the opposition, which is inclined to compromise with Moscow. And this opposition, in turn, is based on the demands of business circles and social groups who consider themselves victims of the curtailment of their cooperation with Russia. It is easy to notice the use by Russia in the EU countries of non-military methods of hybrid warfare, already proven in Ukraine,” Poroshenko said.
