It is noted that in addition to the launcher itself, the entire mobile coastal complex was demonstrated.

“The enemy uses electronic warfare, but this creates real conditions for the combat use of missiles. There are no mitigating conditions,” Poroshenko said.

“Neptune” is a complex with anti-ship cruise missiles developed by the State Kyiv Design Bureau “Luch”.

The first flight tests of the new Ukrainian ground-based cruise missile took place on January 30, 2018. The tests, which checked their flight characteristics and the operation of the rocket systems, were successful.
