Kyiv, September 21 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Petro Poroshenko assures that he never ordered to shoot at residential areas of Donbass.
The President of Ukraine said this in an interview with TV channels.

“There was never an order to fire,” he said, assuring that he did not take such a step, even if the Ukrainian military came under fire from mortars hidden in residential areas.
Poroshenko claims that “there are quite a number” of those “under investigation” for violating the order. He assured that anyone can verify this by attending open court hearings.
