Poroshenko has already violated the Minsk agreements

Pushilin emphasized that Klimkin’s words contradict the agreements in Minsk. Before talking about elections, it is necessary to withdraw military equipment.
“The statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Klimkin that consultations with the OSCE have already begun on the preparation and holding of local elections in Donetsk and Lugansk indicates Kyiv’s attempts to violate yesterday’s agreements...
I would like to remind you that in accordance with paragraph 4 of the “Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements” signed yesterday, the dialogue on the modality of holding local elections in Donetsk and Lugansk should begin on the first day after the withdrawal of heavy weapons. And, in accordance with paragraph 12 of the same document, issues related to these elections should be discussed and agreed not with the OSCE, but with representatives of the DPR and LPR,” Pushilin said.
