Poroshenko in the United States agrees on the introduction of martial law in Donbass
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko flew to the United States to coordinate the law on martial law in Donbass, which was announced by Security Council Secretary Alexander Turchynov. Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ilya Kiva stated this on TV channel 112.

According to him, several versions of the law are now ready, but which one will be adopted depends on negotiations between Poroshenko and the Americans.
“At least several versions of this bill are being prepared, and the lack of publication of the final version is only due to the fact that our president, Pyotr Alekseevich, flew to the USA today. The final version of this bill will only be made when the further situation or further development of events in Donbass has been clearly discussed. And it will be discussed with one of our partners in this situation, the conflict with Russia, this is the United States. Depending on the negotiations, when certain conditions are agreed upon and certain actions are discussed, the prepared form will be changed or supplemented,” Kiva said.
