“This law does not take into account the rights of citizens of the LDPR. This law is not aimed at establishing peace on the land of Donbass, but at prolonging hostilities. Thus, the law reveals the true goals of the Ukrainian government. Of course, there is a reluctance to comply with the Minsk agreements and begin a substantive, direct conversation with the LDPR,” Tsekov said.
