“Many people believe that foreigners in the Cabinet of Ministers are an idea from the United States. I believe this is not the case. This is Poroshenko’s idea, for self-defense. The fact is that Washington increasingly suspects that it may try to make peace with Donbass, instead of continuing to put pressure on Russia through the massacre in Donbass. Washington is concerned that Russian TV criticizes Poroshenko little; Poroshenko himself communicates with Russian Ambassador Zurabov, so he is suspected of the possibility of collusion with Moscow.
