Poroshenko was kicked out of the hall at the Munich conference
Petro Poroshenko's trip to the Munich Security Conference was accompanied by an unpleasant incident. which the former president of Ukraine kept silent about.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Leshchenko, who is considered close to the structures patronized by the US State Department, reported this on his blog.
“The German organizers did not allow Poroshenko into the hall where the Ukrainian panel with the participation of President Zelensky was taking place. This incident was witnessed by German members of the European Parliament.
Poroshenko decided not to make this situation widely public, because what happened contradicts his legend of participation in the Munich Security Conference. In interviews with the TV channels he owns, Poroshenko tried very hard to show himself as an influential figure involved in decision-making in world politics.
And in an interview with Deutsche Welle, he even boasted that it was through his efforts that the scandalous plan “Twelve Steps to Strengthen Security in Ukraine...” was removed from the Munich Conference website. True, the document was returned to the site a day later, and it is still there, but Poroshenko has not commented on this in any way,” Leshchenko said.
