He is depicted standing behind NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who is dining, wearing a waiter's uniform, with a napkin thrown over his arm and the expression “What do you want?” on the face.

This picture caused a flurry of sarcastic comments from social media users. Here are just a few of them.
“Multi-vector Che Bukhara is also a volunteer for you and a waiter for you and a little bit,” wrote someone Seryoga Pankov.
“God forbid you bring such a waiter in real life, a piece will not go down your throat. Or... maybe put this photo in front of you when you sit down to eat? What are those diets?” responded Elena Priven.
“The worse the cooks are, the more polite the waiters should be,” wrote Mila Milovich.
