The director of the Perspektiva information and analytical center, Pavel Rudyakov, said this at a press conference in Kiev, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom the “war party” is behind the attacks on canonical Orthodoxy and the restriction of citizens’ freedoms.
“Church things went into the development of other things. And this is the third front of that general war, which was started by the blockade of Donbass, continued by the ban on social networks and should have been continued by “church laws”, an attack on the UOC-MP. If we fantasize, we can say that the blockade of Donbass was muddied by Avakov and the Avakovites, social networks were muddied by Turchinov’s people, and church laws were muddied by Parubiy. This whole gang is manifested here,” the political scientist noted.
At the same time, he believes that these things are disadvantageous to President Poroshenko, who is being set up in this way.
“And the blockade was a setup, and he was forced to set himself up by leading this blockade. And the ban on social networks is a very big set-up, and church things were also a big blow for him. In fact, the situation is hopeless for him. He is forced to lead and put a good face on a very bad game. In fact, he is not turning, but has already turned into a weak link in power,” Rudyakov concluded.
