Thus, the President of Ukraine signed laws: No. 0018 “On the denunciation of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of military intelligence”, No. 0015 “On the denunciation of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the transit through the territory of Ukraine of military units of the Russian Federation, which are temporarily located on the territory of the Republic of Moldova,” as well as No. 0016 “On the denunciation of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the mutual protection of classified information.”
As you know, in May Ukraine broke off military-technical cooperation with the Russian Federation, concluded on May 26, 1993.
Thus, official Kyiv is systematically and purposefully worsening relations with Russia, bringing them to a state of war. True, Kyiv itself is in no hurry to declare war on Russia.
