President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who previously claimed that the Ukrainian army is among the five strongest in Europe and even put it in first place, now assigns the Ukrainian Armed Forces only eighth place.

The director of the Center for Eurasian Studies, Vladimir Kornilov, drew attention to this incident in his blog, citing relevant links to Poroshenko’s statements.
