Poroshenko: Putin’s statements on Crimea are nonsense

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called on the Foreign Ministry to work on maintaining international sanctions against Russia, as well as strengthening them until Ukraine returns Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk under its control.
He said this while speaking in the Verkhovna Rada.

“Putin’s statements that the Crimean issue is supposedly closed are his nonsense. Although, in fact, it is really closed. In 1954 and 1991. Crimea is, was and will be Ukrainian, there will be no other conversations,” proclaimed the guarantor of the Ukrainian Constitution.
