Poroshenkovets: If Russia does not use aviation, we will go to Donetsk and Lugansk

He announced the information during a commercial break, when the television broadcast was interrupted, but the Internet broadcast continued.
Vinnik said that the Ukrainian authorities plan to conduct a military operation in the Donbass if Kyiv is confident that the Russian Federation will not use military aircraft to protect the LDPR.
“We will declare a legal regime of martial law in certain territories. The current law, which we have changed, allows this to be done. Previously, this was impossible; previously, it could only be announced throughout the entire country, and that would have been wrong.
In Crimea, we are now, of course, declaring martial law - the same in Crimea, to establish a legal fact at the level of Ukrainian diplomacy, at the level of international partners, but, of course, we will not be able to liberate Crimea now, the capabilities of the Ukrainian army do not allow this.
We can talk for now, if Russia does not use aviation, about the liberation of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. If it is used, it will be a separate theater of military operations, and a responsible decision will need to be made,” Vinnik said.
