Moscow - Simferopol, June 6 (Navigator, Mikhail Stamm) - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Rogozin is angry because of the failure of plans to load Crimean enterprises with military orders. Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov says there are no orders from Russian defense companies. Meanwhile, the enterprises do not even have Russian licenses yet: in Moscow they cannot unravel offshore schemes and understand who owns the factories.

In April, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Defense formed a list of 23 defense enterprises in Crimea that are theoretically capable of fulfilling the tasks of the state defense order. On April 29, specific instructions were given to the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the allocation of subsidies to organizations of the military-industrial complex of Crimea. But the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the United Aircraft Corporation, the United Shipbuilding Corporation and the Rostec state corporation ignore the instructions.

“I personally have not received direct orders from corporations that would like to place them at Crimean enterprises,” admitted the acting leader who participated in the meeting. O. Head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade notes that in a number of Crimean companies it has still not been possible to establish the ownership structure.

According to Kommersant’s interlocutor, the question was also raised about the work of the Feodosia plant “More”, which built several boats and ships for the Ukrainian Navy. “Their fate must be determined in the near future, since earlier the Russian Navy refused to complete their construction and include them in its composition when adjusting the defense order,” says the interlocutor. “Previously, the option of putting them out to sea with the subsequent use of ships as targets for shooting shells was even discussed, however We decided to hold off on this idea.”

Rogozin said that the problems of placing state defense orders at Crimean enterprises will be discussed at the next meeting with the participation of representatives of the peninsula's enterprises in Crimea. “The issue will be resolved within three weeks,” the Deputy Prime Minister promised.
