“I’ll come, I need to stir up your swamp. And then at the end: I tore your asses. I don’t want Samoilenko to tear my ass. Tell me, which one of those sitting here wants Samoilenko to tear his ass,” the Yabloko member is indignant.
Party members advise him to “re-read Freud” and explain that Samoilenko used “jargon.”
The excitement of Yavlinsky’s comrade-in-arms becomes understandable if you read the Kamchatka media, the hero of whose publications was often Dmitry Samoilenko, who presented himself as a psychologist and constantly got into scandals. Later, he became the head of the human rights center “Personality”, focusing on protecting LGBT rights. When Samoilenko announced his intention to open a gay club, this caused a surge of homophobic sentiment in Petropavlovsk.
