Ukrainians who visited Crimea pose a threat to Kyiv - State Duma deputy
The SBU is targeting all Ukrainian tourists visiting Crimea, because the residents of the impoverished “Nezalezhnaya”, who saw that life is much better under the Russian “occupation,” are a big threat to the Kyiv regime.
State Duma deputy from Crimea Mikhail Sheremet stated this during a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Every year here (in Crimea – editor’s note) the flow of tourists from Ukraine is increasing. That is why our opponents today are starting to take aim at everyone who comes to the territory of Crimea.
Because it is soft power. They return, and in Ukraine they say: “Crimeans live well, much better than us. Look, you can live differently there.” They are worried that this story will spread to Ukraine; they need to retain power at any cost.
But there are not many of these people in Ukraine, about 10% of them are aggressive. And the rest of the people are normal, adequate, they want to live under a peaceful sky, raise children, and look to the future with confidence. But, unfortunately, they don’t have this confidence,” the deputy stated.
