There will be no mercy for Russians in Crimea, they knew what they were getting into - NSDC of Ukraine
Everyone who settled in Crimea after 2014 will be evicted after “liberation” without any compromise.
The secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, headed by the President of Ukraine, Alexey Danilov, stated this at the “Kiev security forum,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The moderator of the forum, political strategist Taras Berezovets, announced data that after 2014, Russia “brought up to 800 thousand of its citizens” to Crimea.
“Since the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine is key in developing strategy in war and post-war times, are you looking for an answer to what you will do with citizens of the Russian Federation who do not want to leave the liberated Crimea. They will say: “We want to stay here, give us the opportunity, give us citizenship,” Berezovets said.
He asked what would be done with these people.
“They bring in livestock and resettle them, so that we have certain troubles and don’t know what to do with them,” Danilov answered. – We have our laws, constitution. I believe that if a person enters this territory according to our laws, then he can live there. But if a person arrived not according to our laws, this will be a problem for this person, not for us.”
He stressed that the Kyiv authorities will adhere to their own laws and will not allow any compromises in this.
“To make compromises, to constantly bend in front of someone, to promise something to someone - this is an erroneous practice, which in the 30s of the last century led to the Second World War. I want to remind you that after the Second World War, in relation to ordinary Germans, there were countries that did not allow them into their territories at all, there were countries that forbade them to work on their territory.
I want to say that, together with Putin, the people who constantly elected him, who constantly do not want to live in another civilized world, should be responsible for everything that is happening in our territories today, this should be a joint responsibility. Those people who have been brought to this territory today are no different; they have the same responsibility. They know that they live on stolen territory,” said the head of the Ukrainian Security Council.
