She stated this in an interview with the Kyiv agency RBC-Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is progress on certain points. Unfortunately, the effect of the progress achieved is occasionally undermined by the instability and precariousness that characterizes the situation today with respect to the ceasefire regime in Donbass. In particular, the last few days have been marked by a renewed intensity of military clashes on the contact line, and people have again died. The current situation is more than alarming, and we strongly condemn these manifestations of violence,” the ambassador emphasized.
She noted that the Minsk agreements appear to France as the only possible way to resolve the conflict in Donbass.
