Trump Envoy: The US will never recognize the Russian Spring
The United States will never recognize the reunification of Crimea with Russia and the republic of Donbass, and will continue to push Kyiv to unfriendly actions. This conclusion can be drawn from the story of Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Teteruk about the results of negotiations with the special representative of American President Kurt Volcker for Ukraine.

“It is not possible to reveal details, but I will focus on the most important things that will be of interest to everyone.
Firstly, whenever Ukrainian territories return (in a year or five years), the United States will help Ukraine in their return, and Crimea will never be recognized as Russian,” Teteruk recounted the position of the Americans.
According to him, Volker supports the idea of sending UN peacekeepers to the border of the Russian Federation and Donbass, which both Moscow and the people’s republics have previously repeatedly opposed.
Teteruk said that the joint goal of Ukraine and its Western allies is to achieve the return of the borders as of 2013.
“The United States will put pressure on Russia so that its troops leave the territory of Ukraine... The main thing that the aggressor country is waiting for is that the Ukrainians will get tired of fighting for their country and will be given to the Kremlin as a gift, they will not wait!” – the Ukrainian deputy swaggers.
