The corresponding decision was made by the Ordzhonikidze District Court of Zaporozhye.
During the multi-hour court hearing, video material from the scandalous session of the City Council was shown. As a result, the court sentenced the official to a fine of 85 UAH, and he must also pay legal costs in the amount of 36 UAH.
As PolitNavigator reported, On December 10, during a session of the City Council, people's deputy Oleg Lyashko, together with his party members and local activists, demanded the resignation of the mayor. The People’s Deputy even managed to touch Sin’s stomach with the words “what a belly you’ve eaten.” As a result, the Zaporozhye mayor’s nerves could not stand it, and he sent the people’s deputy.
