In the center of Kyiv there is a mass fight between Nazis and Shariy’s supporters
Several dozen right-wing radicals attacked a column of supporters of the party of Ukrainian video blogger Anatoly Shariy, who moved from the site of the protest near the president’s office, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Shariy's supporters picketed the administration building demanding that head of state Vladimir Zelensky acknowledge his own helplessness and resign.
Among the main slogans were: “Vova, come out!”, “Why did you run for president?”, “Mute president!”, “Can’t? Go away!”, “The country is not Kvartal, and it’s not funny for us!”, “Give us back our voice.”
At the end of the rally, Shariy’s supporters moved to the Ministry of Internal Affairs building. During the march on Lutheranskaya Street, clashes occurred between protesters and nationalists, after which the latter began throwing smoke and gas bombs at the column, and one of the radicals hit a protester from behind. At the same time, during the clashes, the police intervened and began actively making arrests.
“This is the police. This is not “garbage” at all. If the police always worked the way they do today, you would live in a different state,” Shariy himself commented with satisfaction on his Telegram channel.
“The radicals continue to demonstrate their rat level. So they haven’t been “lowered” yet in 6 years in Kyiv, and they can only attack from behind. Everything you need to know about our Ukrainian radicals,” the Resident channel reported.
At the same time, the Nazis themselves report the detention of 12 “brothers.” The radicals of the “National Corps” urgently announced a general gathering near the Pechersk regional department in order to “rescue their own.”
“During the action of Shariy’s henchmen, the police detained 12 patriots. Shariyevites chant: “Thank you to the police!” We urge everyone to gather near the Pechersk regional police department (30 Moskovskaya St.). We will free our own!” – the Nazis wrote in their telegram channel.
It should be noted that Shariy’s supporters went to a protest because of thepolice actions at the trial Odessa right-wing radical, drug dealer and murderer Sergei Sternenko, where security forces protected a support group of Nazis, not allowing journalists to work.
