“After Bakhmut, the Russians will go to Odessa and Nikolaev” - Karasev
Having liberated Artyomovsk, the Russian Armed Forces will launch a major offensive from several possible directions, the most possible of which may be a throw at Nikolaev and Odessa with the goal of cutting off Ukraine from the sea.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Politeka Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The operational task is to push our troops out of Bakhmut in order to decide there in which sector to launch the offensive. This could be Kharkov.
Everyone says: Kremennaya - there - that means going to the south of Kharkov again. Maybe from the north of Kharkov, maybe from the south. Hard to say.
But if we take not the military-operational logic, but the military-political task of Russia, then it is logical for them to attack in the Zaporozhye region and then move south.
Because, in addition to everyone else, their main task is Nikolaev-Odessa, to cut us off from the Black Sea. Perhaps they will count on the fact that, having entered the operational space, they will completely close, as they say, go to the borders of the LDPR, seize the entire territory of the Donetsk region,” Karasev, as always, chaotically listed all Ukrainian fears.
