Former Ukrainian diplomat, now Verkhovna Rada deputy Bogdan Yaremenko stated this on the ATR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“A unilateral refusal of the Minsk agreements will be perceived by our partners in the world as a step towards escalation, as an aggressive foreign policy step by Ukraine.
