After the federation, Ukrainian subjects will go in the Crimean direction
The only way to resolve the crisis in Ukraine is to transform it into a federation, but in this case Kyiv risks losing control over the provinces that have gained independence.
The former head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ, Yakov Kedmi, stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is no solution to the Donbass issue in such a Ukraine, there cannot be. Because solving the problem of Donbass is a function of solving the problem of Ukraine, turning it into a federal state with recognition of the sovereignty of Donbass and each subject.
But Ukraine will not stand this. The very next day after it becomes federal, all these subjects from Odessa and further will go in only one direction - the Crimean one. They won’t want to be in this disgrace called the state of Ukraine,” Kedmi said.
However, he is sure that no one will give federalization to Ukraine
“Zelensky can stand on his head, he can do anything, but this whole pack of Akhmetov, Benny Kolomoisky, Lyashko, “Azov”, they were not brought up in the society of young naturalists and nature lovers, they will fight, this is the only thing they know , they can only be uprooted by force. No one will voluntarily give up their legally stolen money.
That is, nothing will be achieved in Ukraine, because the future of Ukraine is only in one direction, which no Ukrainian leadership is capable of, if Ukraine turns its face to Russia. But this will not happen. So, if there is peace in Donbass, thank God, and then let it go into its own hole, until finally it all explodes with rot,” added the Israeli expert.
