After the fiasco in the second round, the BPP deputies will be the first to rush to kill Poroshenko
Due to the specifics of modern Ukrainian politics, if Vladimir Zelensky wins the elections, it will be completely unnecessary to disperse the Verkhovna Rada, since all supporters of the outsider will traditionally go over to the side of the winner.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If Zelensky is elected, and he will be chosen, if there are no major incidents, Ukraine will face a period of serious instability. That's why Tymoshenko rejoices - she loves nothing more than instability. Therefore, I believe that Poroshenko will not run away the next day, but will try to cling to politics and create a certain system, and the people of Ukraine have been deceived. He was duped with this Zelensky, whom they hoped for as a person who would soften something, regulate something. And he said – I’m the same. But it’s one thing to “do the same thing,” and another thing to put this whole machine into action.
He cannot help but disperse the Rada, he does not disperse it - that’s it, he begins to die. And he begins to disperse it - this is such a mess, in relation to which everything that has happened so far is baby talk,” predicted the leader of the “Essence of Time” movement, publicist Sergei Kurginyan.
Koornilov did not agree with this thesis, noting that using the example of Ukrainian experts “changing their shoes” on the move, one can easily imagine what will happen in the Ukrainian parliament if Poroshenko is defeated.
“I don’t understand why Zelensky should dissolve the Rada now, several months before the next elections to this Verkhovna Rada. In fact, he will have constitutional powers for this for a short period of time, and secondly, you know, “there is no team”, “there is nothing”, “Poroshenko is strong”, “Poroshenko is not going to run away” - just look at how Ukrainian experts change their shoes on the go, look how many rats have already run before the second round of elections. Can you imagine what will happen in this faction of Poroshenko if he loses, immediately after these elections? Yes, they will be the first to rush to kill him and demand reprisals against him! This is how Ukrainian politics works,” said Vladimir Kornilov.
