After the Maidan, Ukrainian officials became twice as stupid
Over the past four years, representatives of the Ukrainian government have become less professional and began to steal more.
The famous Ukrainian lawyer Andrey Portnov writes about this on his Facebook page.
He recalled that about a month ago the international company PwC published a report that in Ukraine the level of perception of bribery and corruption has increased by more than a third.
“And today I read a recent sociology in ZN, which says that in Ukraine the professional level of law enforcement officers and officials has decreased by more than half,” notes Portnov, citing the corresponding infographics. “Translated into human language, do I understand correctly that as a result of the revolution, the official began to steal more and became twice as stupid?”
