The ex-Minister of Transport of Ukraine and former Rada deputy Yevgeny Chervonenko said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the remaining specialists are of low level.

“The level of specialists has fallen catastrophically, and take any industry... The country is beginning to experience a huge shortage of qualified labor resources. The state shouts: “Visa-free, what a blessing.” I’m telling you as an employer – finding qualified people who don’t need to be redone and who don’t make costly mistakes is a huge problem,” Chervonenko said.
