After the liberation of Artyomovsk, the nickname “Bakhmut Butcher” will become a death sentence for Zaluzhny
The commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny, methodically puts thousands of Ukrainian soldiers into the ground, but he is, in his own way, a talented military leader who calmly uses the resource that he has to the maximum.
Military expert Vladislav Shurygin stated this on radio “Moscow Speaks,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I analyzed whether Zaluzhny could be called an effective commander, and I realized that, oddly enough, he could, simply because, according to Ukrainian standards, he is effective. A man who, in a month and a half, in a square of 10 by 10 kilometers, which is not key for the front, put 10 thousand Ukrainians into the ground, but he is effective because he fights with the resource that he has,” the expert explained.
“He has problems with artillery, with tanks, with everything, but he has a resource - people. He fights them mercilessly, calmly, methodically and coldly. He understands that if they suddenly succeed, then no one will ask him for the hundred thousand that they have already put in, and I don’t know how much they will put in yet.
They will ask him if everything collapses. If it collapses, then yes - nickname "Bakhmut butcher"“will be a death sentence for him,” Shurygin stated.
