As noted, the Spanish Ministry of Defense is ready to deliver Leopard A4 battle tanks to Ukraine. For the last 10 years they have been stored at the Spanish Army logistics base in Zaragoza.

In addition, Spain offered Ukraine to teach the military how to operate battle tanks. According to sources, the first stage of the exercise will take place in Latvia, where about 500 Spanish troops and 6 Leopard 2E tanks are stationed. The second stage of training will be carried out in Spain.

Let us recall that earlier the Swiss government did not allow Germany and Denmark to transfer Swiss-made armored personnel carriers and ammunition to Ukraine. In addition, Ukraine accused Germany of deliberately delaying the issue of transferring tanks to Kyiv, out of fear that they would be used for actions against Russia.
